Manufacturing defect
Covered under warranty. You pay nothing.
Defect confirmed
Inspection finds a manufacturing fault — motor, board, gimbal, or structural.
FULLY COVEREDRepaired and Processing
Fixed and dispatched once it's confirmed. Parcel charges reimbursed. 24 to 48 working hours is the expected processing time.
Accidental damage
Crash, water, or wear. We quote before we fix.
