At NOT Drones Innovations Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality drones and accessories. This warranty policy ensures that customers receive a hassle-free experience in case of any manufacturing defects or technical issues covered under the warranty.

Warranty services and claims are handled and covered by:
🛠 Electrobotic Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, the authorized warranty provider for NOT Drones ORO.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to NOT Drones ORO purchased from the NOT Drones Online Store or an authorized NOT Drones retailer for personal use and not for resale.

We warrant that the NOT Drones ORO will be free from workmanship or material defects under normal use and proper care during the prescribed period for set components as detailed below. The warranty commences on the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Because drones are often used in varied and sometimes harsh environments, proper care and maintenance are essential to prevent damage that is not covered under warranty. Users are responsible for following flight condition limitations, storage guidelines, battery care, propeller maintenance, and calibration procedures, as outlined in the product manual.

Our warranty policy covers only clear manufacturing defects. In cases where it is not possible to conclusively determine whether an issue is due to manufacturing or user error, we will evaluate all factors and attempt to provide a fair and reasonable solution.

2. Warranty Limitations & Company Rights

  • Electrobotic Manufacturing Pvt Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service.

  • In cases where damage cannot be conclusively attributed to a manufacturing defect, we may offer discounted repair services at our discretion.

  • If a warranty claim is declined, the product will be returned in the condition received, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty service in cases of repeated claims for similar damage patterns, which may indicate improper use.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty applies only to NOT Drones ORO and covers the following components:

⚠️ Note: Warranty replacements do not reset the original warranty period. The coverage remains based on the original purchase date.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Accidental Damage & Physical Wear

  • Crashes, collisions, or water damage caused by user error, obstacles, or operating in unsafe conditions.

  • Burnt components due to short circuits, incorrect charging, or electrical surges.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, faded paint, and gradual battery degradation.

  • Damage due to improper storage, extreme temperatures, or humidity exposure.

2. Unauthorized Modifications & Third-Party Products

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by a non-authorized service provider.

  • Use of third-party accessories, batteries, or software modifications that alter drone performance.

  • Alterations to the drone's firmware or software that are not recommended by NOT Drones.

3. Operational & Environmental Factors

  • Pilot error, including flyaways, incorrect calibration, or failing to perform pre-flight checks.

  • Damage caused by flying in restricted areas, including near high-voltage power lines, radio towers, or electromagnetic interference zones.

  • Operating the drone beyond weight limits or exceeding recommended payload capacity.

  • Failure to follow legal flight guidelines, local regulations, or operational manuals.

4. Battery & Power Issues

  • Damage from using a product with a defective or depleted battery.

  • Charging battery outside of the recommended voltage or amperage range.

  • Leaving battery unused for extended periods, resulting in deep discharge failure.

5. Shipping & Handling Issues

  • Damage incurred during shipping back to the service center due to improper packaging.

  • Lost shipments due to unreliable courier service chosen by the customer.

5. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Submit a Warranty Request

  • Visit https://notdrones.com/pages/support-and-repair and complete the online service request form.

  • Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    • Date and place of purchase.

    • Photos/videos showing the issue.

    • Flight logs (if applicable).

Step 2: Ship the Drone to the Service Center

  • If instructed by NOT Drones, ship the drone to our authorized service center for inspection.

  • Remove all undamaged accessories, batteries, and memory cards before shipping.

  • Package the product securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Keep a photo of the packaging and tracking details for your records.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Our certified engineers will inspect the product to determine if it qualifies for warranty service.

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part.

  • If the issue is not covered, you will receive a repair quote, which you can choose to accept or decline.

  • If you decline repairs, the drone will be returned at your expense.

6. Scope of Liability

  • Electrobotic Manufacturing Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages to property or persons resulting from the use of its products, including but not limited to:

    • User error

    • Technical faults

    • Improper operation

  • Electrobotic Manufacturing Pvt Ltd is not responsible for loss or disclosure of customer data that may be stored on the drone or accessories when submitted for service.

  • Except as provided in this warranty, Electrobotic Manufacturing Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

    • Loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings

    • Reputational damage or loss of goodwill

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
