Shipping Policy

At  ELECTROBOTIC MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers across India. While we strive to deliver to all locations, there may be a few exceptions based on logistics constraints.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to stock availability. Orders are shipped on all days except weekends, national holidays, and regional holidays that coincide with the warehouse location from which your product is dispatched.

Our products are also available on other major e-commerce platforms, and inventory is synchronized across all these platforms. In the rare event that an item goes out of stock due to simultaneous orders from multiple platforms, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. If this occurs, we will keep you informed and process your order as soon as the stock is replenished.

Shipping Methods & Charges

 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns or order cancellations. ELECTROBOTIC MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED frequently introduces special offers, including free shipping promotions, which are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we conduct a verification process to ensure a secure transaction. A representative from ELECTROBOTIC MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED will contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order. We will make up to three (3) verification attempts over a period of three days. If we are unable to verify your order within this time frame, it will be automatically canceled.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you are unavailable, kindly arrange for a trusted person to receive the package on your behalf.

🔹 Important: COD orders are not open-box deliveries. However, we kindly request you to check the outer packaging and ensure the box is properly sealed before accepting the order. If you notice any transit damage or manufacturing defects, rest assured that we will take full responsibility and arrange for a free replacement. In such cases, please contact our customer service team on the same day of delivery for immediate assistance.

Estimated Delivery Time

For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Please note that:

• Heavier items (above 2 kg) or high-volume shipments may take slightly longer to reach you.

• The delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation email is an estimate and may be subject to change based on logistics conditions.

• While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such instances.

• ELECTROBOTIC MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where the delivery time is unusually extended or if the shipment becomes untraceable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the courier company details and tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order, kindly check your spam/junk folder. Please note that tracking details may take up to another 24 hours to become visible in the courier system.

Non-Availability at the Time of Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to our warehouse. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing your mobile number with the shipping address.

If you are unable to receive the package, please notify us as soon as possible. The sooner we are informed, the better we can assist you. Kindly note that if the delivery date has passed and neither ELECTROBOTIC MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED nor the courier partner has been informed, we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
