We offer refunds only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a defect, please follow the steps below:

  • Inspection & Verification: Upon receiving your request, our team will conduct a thorough review of the issue.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on our assessment.

  • Non-Eligible Cases: Refunds will not be provided for damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

✔ Product images/videos showing the issue
✔ A brief description of the defect

2. Damage Reporting Policy

If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Send an email to support@notdrones.com with clear photos/videos of the damage along with your order details.

  • Failure to Report in Time: If the damage is not reported within 6 hours of receiving the product, we will be unable to process a refund or replacement.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support@notdrones.com.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Payment Gateway Charges on Cancellations

Upon cancellation, any applicable payment gateway fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted before processing the refund. The final refund amount will reflect this deduction.
