At NOT Drone Innovation Private Limited, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in cases of genuine and verified issues:
Eligibility: A refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our factory in unused condition, without any major damage, and after our quality inspection confirms eligibility.
Timeline: Refund initiation will take approximately 4–5 working days once the returned product is received at our factory.
In special cases (such as banking delays or server issues), the process may take 6–10 working days. But anyways we try to initiate your refund as soon as your product is received in our factory.
2. Damage Reporting Policy
If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

How to Report: Send an email to support@notdrones.com with clear photos/videos of the damage along with your order details.

Failure to Report in Time: If the damage is not reported within 6 hours of receiving the product, we will be unable to process a refund or replacement.
3. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support@notdrones.com.

After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Payment Gateway Charges on Cancellations
Upon cancellation, any applicable payment gateway fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted before processing the refund. The final refund amount will reflect this deduction.
