If you need to send your drone to our authorized service center, follow these steps:

  • Detach undamaged accessories, batteries, and memory cards (unless requested).

3️⃣ Pack Your Drone Securely

  • Use the original packaging or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.
  • Take photos of the packaging & tracking details for reference.
